Shipping Methods

GENERAL TERMS Our company offers the possibility of purchases to customers in Greece and abroad. International sales are offered on selected items. Special foreign shipments can possibly be executed upon special agreement. Orders are shipped by partner courier companies after payment confirmation. Processing, dispatch and delivery of orders are carried out daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Once the order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail notification. All shipments are accompanied by the corresponding tax document. In case you want to send a shipment as a gift, please let us know so that we can manage it accordingly. Upon receipt of the product, we recommend that you personally check the product being delivered and confirm that the packaging remains intact. In the event of a delay, please contact us at info@milor.gr or by phone at (+30) 2310 237826 so that we can inform you about your order. SHIPPING COSTS In Greece The shipment is made via General Postal Service. Orders of equal or more than 100,00€ are shipped free of charge. For orders under 100,00€ the shipping cost is 5,00€. Outside Greece – Within the European Union Shipping is done via UPS. The shipping cost is 30,00€. For any special shipment a separate contact with the customer is required to be informed about the shipping options of the partner courier companies abroad and their costs. Outside Greece – Outside the European Union For any shipment, prior contact with the customer is required to be informed about the shipping options and the cost of these. Shipments to countries outside the European Union are subject to customs clearance costs. These costs are in addition to the shipping costs, are covered by the customer and vary from country to country. For this reason, customers are advised to contact the customs office in their country to guide them accordingly so that they can be informed of additional charges.  DELIVERY TIMES Products are delivered from Mil-Or to the courier company in 1 to 3 working days from the confirmation of your order provided the products are ready for delivery. Except for products with a relevant indication.  From the moment of delivery to the courier company it is estimated that your order will be delivered to the address within Greece indicated by you on the next working day. For areas designated as “hard to reach” by the courier company, this time may vary.  In any case, the shipment is always scheduled according to the availability of the product which is either indicated on the item’s page or communicated to you through the information you receive from the Mil-Or administrators. The above times may vary when circumstances of force majeure apply.
