RETURN POLICY GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS You have the right to return products purchased within 14 calendar days and request that they be replaced with another product or that the amount paid for the purchase be credited to your name for future purchases. After 14 calendar days from receipt of the shipment, there is no right to return your order. RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED Returned products must be in the condition in which they were shipped from Mil-Or and received by the customer, complete and undamaged. Their packaging must be that which normally accompanies the product, in perfect condition and with all shipping documents (e.g. Shipping Note, Retail Receipt, warranties, etc.). Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Returns are not accepted on seasonal items (charms, Easter items, etc.), as well as on products that have been custom-made to order (products that have been altered or engraved to the customer’s order are not returnable). No returns will be accepted on items that bear signs of use. Please be advised that Mil-Or is not responsible for any damage or deterioration of products after use and in no case is Mil-Or obliged to replace them. RETURNS SHIPMENT Returns are made via courier company and shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. You can also bring the product to us yourself, in any case it is necessary to contact us before returning any product. Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure that they are properly packaged so that they do not suffer any damage in transit. We advise you to check the package and its contents thoroughly upon receipt. In the unfortunate event that the product reaches you damaged, please inform the courier company within the next 8 hours so that they can take responsibility. Please be advised that Mil-Or is not responsible in case of loss or damage of the item during the return transport. RETURN PROCEDURE The procedure is simple and is as follows: Contact us by email writing your full name and order number, stating why you wish to return the item and if you wish to have a replacement or credit. Within 2 working days you will receive a reply email with return instructions via courier service. Upon receipt of your return, a detailed check of the condition of the returned item will be made and if there is no problem with the condition, packaging or documentation, you will be notified by email of its acceptance. Purchases made as gifts can be exchanged for other products and are not redeemable with cash. If you request a product change and the product to be changed is of a lower value than that of the original order, the cash difference will not be refunded but will be credited to your name for future purchases.
