Expert Tip
One of the twelve labours of Hercules was to kill the lion of Nemea which was very fierce and aggressive and would devour any animal or human it came across. When Hercules arrived at Nemea he saw the lion attacking him and drew his bow but failed to wound the animal as it was protected by a tough and impenetrable skin. The club was not enough to injure the animal either, so he finally jumped on the lion and choked it after a long struggle.
