Classy love Necklace

Unique necklace made of Akoya saltwater pearls and a central 18K yellow gold heart-shaped motif with round brilliant-cut diamonds weighing 1.13cts and square step-cut sapphires. The pearls are 5.5-6mm and are strung with gold links between them. On the back of the jewelry there is a spherical clasp in 18K gold.
